Som alle andre serier, hadde Criminal Minds en byge av fanteorier som dukket opp gjennom løpet, noen helt fornuftige, andre latterlige.
CBS psykologiske krimdrama,Kriminelle sinn,fullførte sitt episke løp tidligere i år med sin 15. sesong. Sesongen ble avsluttet på en relativt fornøyd tone med en totalt sett tilfredsstillende finale.

Perfekt: Morgan & Garcia Reunite
Derek Morgan og Penelope Garcias båndvar en av de mest hjertevarme relasjonene på showet så lenge den nydelige Shemar Moores karakter var rundt.
Moore hadde gjort comeback på showet selv om han offisielt hadde forlatt, så fansen, med rette, teoretiserte at Derek Morgan ville dukke opp i den siste sesongen for en siste hurra og klemme "babyjenta" hans en siste gang. Når det gjelder teorier, var dette en helt gyldig.
Dårlig: Serien fant sted i et parallelt univers
Man kommer over en rekke wildfan-teorier for show som har eksistert så lenge somKriminelle sinnhar vært.

Selv om den sjenerte og skjøre Reid hadde vist seg å bære følelser for JJ siden langt tidligere, hadde det aldri vært noen indikasjon på at JJ kan ha hatt noen romantiske følelser overfor ham. Men da JJs tilståelse kom, teoretiserte fansen at hun og Reid ville komme sammen i den siste sesongen. JJ ville forlate mannen sin, Will, selv om hva som ville skje med barna hennes var noens gjetning.
Dårlig: Alt skjedde i Reids hode
Spencer Reid var et innadvendt genimed flere doktorgrader og et eidetisk minne hvis ekspertise var uvurderlig for FBIs Behavioural Analysis Unit.

Perfekt: Nathan Harris ville gjort comeback
I sesong 2 hadde Reid reddet en ung mann ved navn Nathan Harris som viste psykopatiske tendenser; han kjente trangen til å drepe og fant seg opphisset av synet av lik. Harris ble institusjonalisert før han faktisk kunne skade noen.
En fan teoretiserer at Harris villetilbake i siste sesong, enten som en seriemorder eller som en av de få unsubs som BAU hadde profilert feil.Harris kan til og med utvikle en forbindelse med Reidsom tidligere hadde uttrykt forferdelse over at det å redde livet hans kunne føre til at han faktisk begynte å drepe mennesker. For de som ikke vet, derimot, døde skuespiller Anton Yelchin, som spilte Harris, tragisk for noen år siden; han var bare 27.
Dårlig: JJ var en psykopat

Imidlertid antyder en hysterisk morsom teori at den siste sesongen ville avsløreJennifer Jareau, kjærlig kjent som JJ, for å være en psykopat, og det er derfor hun likte å plukke ut slike grusomme saker som teamet kunne løse. Nå er dette selvfølgelig latterlig siden JJ egentlig ikke velger sakene i det hele tatt, men fungerer som en slags kontaktperson som informerer enheten om en ny sak. Men til hver sin egen!
Perfekt: Reid er bifil
En annen populær teori på Redditer at Reid faktisk er bifil. Tilsynelatende, da karakteren ble unnfanget, var han ment å være bifil. Seriens skaper tvitret selv at han ville ha elsket at Reid var bifil, men følelsene hans for JJ gjorde det vanskelig å fortsette den historien.
Fansen teoretiserte imidlertid detReid var bifil hele tidenog det vil bli avslørt i de siste sesongene. Selv om dette var en helt plausibel idé, valgte ikke showrunners å gå ned denne banen.
Dårlig: Reid blir en unsub
En veldig populær teori som gjorde runden i mange år var at Reid til slutt ville bli en seriemorder ogjakte på hamville være lagets siste svanesang.

Matthew Gray Gubler's Spence var en av de få gjenværende originale rollebesetningsmedlemmene på showet nårserien sendte sin siste sesong. Det sier seg dermed selv at Gubler samlet en del tilhengerskare gjennom årene, og de fleste fanteoriene dreide seg om ham.

Dårlig: BAU er et team av synske
En latterlig dårlig teori antyder detBAU representerer faktisk en haug med synskesom bruker vitenskapen om profilering for å dekke over kunsten sin med psykisk deduksjon. Som det skjer, er det ikke det serien handler om.
